When comparing pricing among competing Modular Home dealers, along with reliability of the dealer, the most important consideration has to be the standard specifications.

At Majestic Homes, we are extremely proud of our specification list. The base price of our homes includes all of the following specifications. When comparing pricing, pay particular attention to the following arrowed () items. Many of these items are above and beyond standard specifications with most dealers and manufacturers.

When comparing price, be sure to ask your dealer to include all of the following items. These items are included at no extra charge in all Majestic Series homes installed by Majestic Homes Ltd.    (Ask about or new Vista Series for the home owner that wants to create their own specs on their home.)
