Majestic Homes Ltd. Model Center

     We currently have three homes set up at our model center, including a cape cod, ranch, and 2-story colonial, giving you an opportunity to to see the various aspects of how our homes are built. Our models are a "must see" if you are planning to build, and you are interested in comparing modular construction to site-built homes.

     Our Model Center is located on Rt. 7, approximately 5 miles east of Troy. We are easily accessible from any where in the Capital District Region.

From the Northway take Exit 7 East and follow across the Hudson River. Sales Lot is approximately 9½ miles from the river on Rt 7 East (on Left side).
